Confirmation ,Travel Voucher and Photo ID
An e-mail record of your pending order will be sent to you following completion of your tour or travel request. For every confirmed booking you will receive a 2nd e-mail with a link to your "Print and Go" E-Ticket Voucher - when your booking is confirmed by the Tour Company. If a confirmation is not required an "Print and Go" E-Ticket voucher will be available online immediately.

Please present and sign this E-Ticket voucher at the Tour or Activity location. Most tours will be pre-paid at the time of booking. The majority of tours must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. Tour prices or availability are NOT guaranteed until full payment is received and confirmation provided.

Your E-mail Confirmation and Travel Voucher will be received within 12- 24 hours, subject to availability. Confirmed Vouchers are also available online through the Voucher Pick Up or Reprint Link on the left side of the tours web page.

A few specific tours and activities must be booked between 48-72 hours prior to departure to secure space and equipment: Examples: Paragliding and Balloon Tours. Detailed Information about advance booking is listed on each specific tour or activity.

For security and to reduce fraud a Photo ID will be required by the tour operator with your Voucher. The last name on the Voucher must match the Photo ID. Voucher must be signed when presented to tour operator. One voucher will be issued for each order.

Vouchers, when issued, validated and presented to Supplier, entitles the person(s) named on the Voucher, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, to the Products described on the voucher. Supplier will: (i) verify the identity of each person(s) named on the Voucher prior to accepting the Voucher; and (ii) obtain a signature from such named Customer or, if more than one person is named, from one person representing the group of named persons, confirming receipt of the Voucher.

Voucher are valid only during the dates of travel, as indicated on the Confirmation of the person(s) named on the Voucher, and expires on the later of those dates. Voucher may not be redeemed outside of those dates of travel, unless Voucher is for an Open Admission activity or otherwise agreed to by both Supplier and TOURCORP.

Voucher are valid for redemption by the person(s) named on the Voucher. Voucher have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Rates and Booking Procedure
Prices are per person, unless otherwise specified. All Transactions are in US Dollars. All prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Tour prices or availability are NOT guaranteed until full payment is received and confirmation provided. Your credit card will be charged the full amount at the time of order for most tours.

Some tour operators have additional fees Example: Fuel Surcharges, Airport Landing Fees, etc. that are charged on arrival. You Credit Card receipt will read either TourCorp or the name of the Tour Operator.

Declined Credit Cards:

If the authorization on the credit card provided is declined, we will attempt to notify you by email at the email address you provided. The reservation will be cancelled and will need to be rebooked depending on availability.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Please refer to your confirmation voucher to determine the cancellation policy of your tour or activity. Detailed information about cancellation policies is listed on each specific tour or activity as well as the emailed confirmation voucher.

Changes to Your Reservation
For most tours there will be no charge for changes 24 hours prior to the tour date. Detailed Information about reservation changes is listed on each specific tour or activity. Call the Tour Operator phone number on your Confirmation to confirm any changes. All changes on confirmed orders should be made directly with the tour company and not with the TourCorp reservation office. The Tour Company phone number is listed on your Tour Voucher. DO NOT leave voicemail messages or send an e-mail canceling or changing a tour. Make sure you speak with a Tour Company representative.

Tour Vehicles and Rerouting:
Most tour vehicles are air conditioned and the size of the vehicle depends on the number of passengers booked for that particular day. Tour Operators reserve the right to change the size of the vehicle to meet the needs of tours for that specific day. All activities and tours are weather permitting. If seasonal fog /weather obscures the view, tour routes may be altered. You will not be charged if we cancel a tour. Tours are booked on fully insured PUC - TCP licensed vehicles.

Confirming hotel pick ups or other changes:

VERY IMPORTANT: Remember to call the Tour Operator phone number on your confirmation / voucher 24 hours prior to your departure to confirm all hotel pick up and other tour details. There are many hotels with similar names. Make sure the tour operator has the correct hotel. No refund for no-shows.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How do I print confirmation tickets online?
Printing tickets online is quick and easy. Simply follow the link in your confirmation e- mail. You can print your tickets / voucher on any style printer - color or black and white, laser or inkjet. Printing tickets / vouchers is as simple as printing any of your standard documents. We do not mail vouchers.

What if I forget my Voucher ?

If you forget your voucher the voucher can be accessed from any computer that is linked to the internet: Voucher Pick Up and Reprint (Link located on the top left part of the web site page.) Or go to Tourcorp.com and look for the PRINT VOUCHER link on home page.

If you are staying in a hotel have the business center, front desk or concierge desk print your voucher. If the Hotel has an internet enabled computer the voucher is available for printing by going to Tourcorp.com . Vouchers can also be faxed to your hotel if you provide us with Hotel name, guest name, room number and fax number. We do not mail vouchers.

Tour operators will NOT let you join a tour or activity without a voucher. Some operators will require that you purchase a new ticket at full price if you forget your voucher. The original ticket cost from TourCorp will not be refunded. Don't forget your Voucher.

What happens if I print my tickets more than once?
You can print your "Print and Go" tickets / voucher as many times as you like, but when you check in the code number will be used as a confirmation. Once your confirmation number is entered, any other copies will not be accepted - the system will show that the ticket has already been used. Print your tickets as many times as you like - they are only good for one tour or activity.

Can I access my tickets at a later date?
Your confirmed tickets / vouchers will be available at any time simply by accessing your account through your confirmation email or the web site using your last name and e-mail address. Go to:Voucher Pick Up and Reprint (Link located on the top left part of the web page.) Tickets that are not yet confirmed will be listed with the current status i.e.: "Pending" on the same web page.

Are there any discounts for children, senior citizens or multiple bookings?
We work hard to offer the best rates for these tours and activities. Some tours offer Children, Teen and Senior discounts. We do not offer AAA, Military or Travel Industry Discounts.

Will my tour be cancelled if the weather is bad?
On the rare occasion when the weather is bad and are Tour Operators are forced to cancel a tour a full refund will be provided. Seasonal fog and rain that obscures views is not considered "bad weather."

Will my tour be cancelled if it is undersold?
The tours we offer are all the most popular in the area, Some of our tour operators have passenger minimums, it is very rare that we don't meet the minimum to operate.

What hotels do you pick up from?
Some Motorcoach and Private Tours pickup from hotels within city limits. Outlying hotels IE: Airport Areas generally do not have hotel pick up available. Please check each tours information as not all tours and activities have hotel pick up. Be ready and available 10 -15 minutes prior to you pickup time. It is the passengers? responsibility to be at the correct location and at the correct time as stated on their confirmation form. No refund for no-shows.

What should I wear on my tour?
SAN FRANCISCO: In the summer months in San Francisco you will want to dress for cool weather. Tours North and South of the city may experience a 30-50 degree change in temperature from the city. Don't forget a light jacket in case of the famous San Francisco fog. In the winter wear layered clothing. Don?t forget your camera.

OTHER DESTINATIONS: Don't forget a light jacket in case of weather changes or rain. Comfortable shoes are always a plus. Leave the bulky backpacks at home. Don?t forget your camera.

Will I be charged if I need to change my tour date or if someone in my party is unable to go on the tour?
Changing your tour date is generally not a problem if space is available. There is no charge to change a reservation. Any cancellation outside of 24 hours of your tour departure is subject to a minimum $10 per person cancellation fee, any cancellation within 24 hours is subject to a FULL CHARGE. If passengers do not show up for the tour then the money paid is non refundable.

Tips, Gratuities, Meals and Smoking:
The tip or gratuity for tour directors, drivers and other service staff is at your discretion and not included in any tour pricing. Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included on most tours unless specifically listed. In most destinations there is no smoking in vehicles, public buildings, bars and restaurants.

How soon should we reserve our tours?
We recommend booking your reservations at least two weeks in advance, this way you can guarantee your seats and avoid any sold out situations also your tour will be set and ready for you when you arrive.

Do you offer reserved seating ?
Seating for most tours is on a first come, first served basis, no assigned seating is available. We cannot be held responsible in the event that your group is unable to sit together on a vehicle.

Can you accommodate travelers with wheelchairs or strollers?
Some tours vehicles can accommodate passengers with wheel chairs - if they can be folded. Drivers are unable to assist such passengers in boarding or exiting the vehicle due to insurance restrictions. Please contact the tour operator for additional ADA details. Generally strollers can be accommodated if they can be folded and stored.
