ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

ABOUT THE CABLE CAR:

• Seating Capacity: 35 Maximum. We can accommodate 1 to 900 guests at one time.

• We provide vintage cars with all the charm of San Francisco. Some original cars from the California Street Line dating back to the late 1800s/early 1900s. All others built from the ground up using the original cable car blueprints and constructed of solid oak and brass. Cable Cars do not have restrooms facilities.

PAYMENT:

• Payment in advance by major credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.

DEPOSITS:

• Charters: A total of 50% of the total Charter Cost will be required at the time of booking. The balance will be processed 14 days prior to the Charter Date.

• Transfers: The total cost of the transfer will be required at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 6 days or more prior to event - 25% of total cost

• 5-1 days prior to event - 50% of total cost

• 24 hours prior to event - 100% of total cost - Non-refundable.

• Any changes made 5 days or less prior to event is subject to a $50.00 fee per change.

Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.
