CityPass is a ticket booklet containing an actual admission ticket to the top attractions in each city. With CityPass, you pay one substantially reduced price and avoid main entrance ticket lines at most attractions.
CityPass is valid for 9 consecutive days from the first day you use it. Once your vacation begins, simply present your CityPass upon entering each attraction. The agent will remove that attraction's ticket, and you're in. Tickets are void if removed from the booklet.
Tickets include helpful information such as complete hours of operation, on-property dining choices, public transportation and a special "insider's tip" on the best time to visit each attraction.

How CityPass Works
CityPass is purchased online. Pre-paid voucher is exchanged for CityPass Ticket booklet at the first attraction you visit.
CityPass ticket holders avoid most main entrance ticket lines, except in unusual cases such as the lack of a separate members desk or where entrance capacity is limited, e.g., Empire State Building Observatory’s high speed elevator. Many museums and attractions display the CityPass logo at the member desk or a separate area, for immediate admission. Other attractions’ customer service personnel, upon seeing the CityPass booklet, will invite CityPass ticket holders to a quicker entrance.
Agents remove that attraction’s ticket and the visitor is admitted. On first presentation, the booklet will be stamped to establish the valid period, which is specified, by city, from first use. Tickets removed by other than the attraction ticket agent become void.
Each ticket in the booklet contains detailed information about the attraction,
including hours, location, directions, and an Insider’s Tip – best
time to visit or other tidbits – to make the most of time spent in the
city and at CityPass attractions.
