Directions and Parking:

Rocket Boat departs from Pier 39 at San Francisco's Fishermans's Wharf. The entrance to PIER 39 features a passenger and taxi loading zone. PIER 39 has convenient visitor parking in the PIER 39 Garage, located directly across the street from the Entrance Plaza. The PIER 39 Garage is open 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Handicap Accessibility and Service Animals:

Guests must transfer from their wheelchair or Electric Convenience Vehicle to RocketBoat by themselves or with assistance by members of their party to experience this attraction.  Enter through the standard queue where a crew member will assist you.

Service animals may not accompany guests on this attraction.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

You will receive an immediate email confirmation with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on your home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers. This service can be booked the day of your travel date.

Cancellation Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This sale is not subject to refund or exchange. If service is cancelled due to inclement weather a refund will be issued.
