The tour itinerary was good, however on the day we went, the Golden Gate Bridge overlook was closed, so we had the tour cut short and did a lot of backstreet back-tracking. For the most part, the tour info and the busses were great! It was, however, often difficult to find the bus stops. There are no recognizable signs/logos and many different types of busses/tours. At the north stop for the Golden Gate, we ended up waiting for more than one hour when the first driver made an almost non-existent stop at a location before the designated bus stop area. The Hop-On, Hop-Off tour is the perfect way to see San Francisco or any city. We did the 90-minute tour in its entirety to get a feel for the city. This way you know where you want to return to. Having the option of sitting upstairs or down was nice, depending on the day's weather.
