The guide was knowlegeable and considerate. The air-conditioning broke down on the first bus and he had a substitute bus waiting for us to take us back to SF. We appreciate the air conditioning because the Mystery House and San Jose was hovering in the late 80's and 90's. Important: The Mansion Tour is not accessible to wheel chairs or infant strollers. Wheelchaired guests are invited to tour the Gardens and Historic Firearms Museum.
Departure Location:
Guest are asked to meet at The Sightseeing Ticket Office at 2627 Taylor Street, San Francisco, CA 94133 located at the corner of Taylor and North Point in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf. There is ample paid parking lots and very limited metered street parking is available. Guests should meet at this address 15 minutes prior to departure.
Complimentary Hotel Pickup:

This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on you home/office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 48 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.
Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.
