This Islander Freeport 41' is the only boat of its kind in San Francisco. A ketch rigged cruiser she reaches speeds of 10 knots down wind. With gorgeous teak decks, and finely varnished trim she is our flag ship yacht. US Coast Guard certified for 28 passengers. The Privateer is a great party boat as well as a smooth ride.

January - December: Daily Hourly Rental. Minimum Charter of 2 Hours

Recomended Attire:

• Layers are good, it often ranges from 55-85 degrees in the same trip. Tank tops and shorts are appropriate with pants, fleece, and windbreakers on top.

Footware:

• Tennis shoes with Non marking and rubber soles are encouraged. Some dress shoes may have to come off if they mark up the boat to much. For women: No sharp heels, stillettos and such are not allowed. Women should shy away from heels in general but short heels work as long as they are wide and soft.

Food and Beverage:

• Guests wishing to bring food and beverages on-board will be required to pay a $200.00 service and cleaning fee. This is a separate charge from the charter rate which includes private use of the sailbaost, a professional captain & crew.  

 

Payment:

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Cancellations within 72 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 72 hours are charged a minimum $25.00 per hour administration fee. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.

Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.

Comfortable shoes, extra layer of warm clothing, hats, visors and sunglasses. Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions. Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
