The last historically accurate and fully functional Liberty Shipin the world transports visitors back almost 7 decades to when sailors braved high seas and threat of enemy attack during WWII. She is open to visitors from stem-to-stern, engine room-to-bridge, guns-to-galley.

The S.S. Jeremiah O'Brien is the last historically accurate & fully functional Liberty Ship in the world. She is a living museum on the National Register of Historic Places & a National Historic Landmark dedicated to those who built & sailed these ships during WWII. See her amazing engine room that appeared in the Academy Award-winning motion picture, Titanic.

O'Brien is a National Historic Landmark and is not handicap or wheelchair accessible. Active military personnel with ID are admitted FREE.

HOURS: Open Daily: 9:00am - 4:00pm. Closed New Year's, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Closed without advance notice on this website for special cruises & private & public events. Wharf Pass not valid for 2009 Special Event Cruise Dates: May 23, July 18, August 22, October 10 & 11th. Call in advance to confirm open dates and hours.

O'Brien is a National Historic Landmark and is not handicap or wheelchair accessible. Active military personnel with ID are admitted FREE. Jeremiah O'Brien admission ages 6-14 are youth pricing. Admission fee savings for guests ages 12-14 may be minimal with Wharf Pass. Not valid with any other offer or discount.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE NOTICE: The Jeremiah O'Brien Liberty Ship will be closed and in drydock for maintenance until May 14th, 2009. The other 2 ticket options - Wax Museum and Turbo Ride / Sponge Bob Square Pants - are available.
